Meet our Team

Piper Pluckhan

Piper graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 1998 and has been practicing in the field of physical rehabilitation ever since. She initially worked in a rehabilitation clinic where she saw professional athletes as well as a broad array of collegiate athletes.

She enjoyed the challenge of working with that group of individuals because they were totally focused on doing whatever it took to getting back on the field or court. I took great pleasure in seeing an athlete accomplish their goal of not just getting back in the action, but also excelling in their respective sport and being the best they could be!

Larissa Contreras

I joined the Crossroads clinic team in June of 2023 and recently received my AA in Public Health from Foothill College and will be attending CSUEB Spring 2024. I am grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work at Crossroads and get the experience of working with patients who want to better their health and meet their goals. I love getting the chance of meeting patients, welcoming them into our office, and being able to help them.

I believe everyone should get the chance of visiting our office to receive treatment as it will impact their health in a positive and life changing way. I am excited to continue to grow and learn more at Crossroads while working with best team!

 

 

 

Emily Edgerle

I joined the team at Crossroads Care Center in August 2024 after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. I’m grateful to be part of such a lively, fast-paced environment, where I am constantly learning what it takes to keep a business running smoothly and gaining new skills that help me grow both professionally and personally.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to help our patients feel better; whether it’s assisting with day-to-day operations or helping patients feel more comfortable during their visits, I love playing a role in the positive impact we have on people’s lives. I’ve also really enjoyed building relationships with both our fabulous team and the patients we care for—it’s a community I’m proud to be a part of!

 

 

 

Elyssa Rodriguez

I’m excited to be a part of the Crossroads Care team, where I’ve been working since September 2024 while also attending Gavilan College. In the spring of 2026, I plan to transfer to SJSU to continue my studies in Business Administration. Working here has given me invaluable hands-on experience that complements my education, and I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned to better serve our patients.

Helping others has always been a passion of mine, so I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a setting where I can make a real difference. It’s truly rewarding to see patients progress and reach their health goals, and being a part of their journey is something I cherish every day.
